Renew Your Mind.
Break Old Patterns.
Create a New Future.
You may know what you want to change. You may even know what you should be doing. Yet old patterns, reactions, habits, beliefs, or internal struggles keep showing up.
Christian NLP coaching helps you recognize those patterns, create new choices, and move intentionally toward meaningful change while keeping biblical faith at the center.
You Know Something Needs to Change. But Knowing Isn't Always Enough.
You may understand what you want to do differently and still find yourself returning to the same patterns, habits, reactions, or beliefs.
Real change can require more than information or willpower. Coaching can help you recognize the patterns influencing your choices, explore what may be getting in the way, and intentionally develop new responses that support the person you want to become.
Change is possible! I now have the tools available to lead me to a positive end result.
Transformation Begins With Renewing the Mind
I believe God created us with the capacity to grow, learn, make choices, and experience meaningful transformation.
I view the change principles I use in NLP through the biblical lens of Romans 12:2—the call to transformation through the renewing of our minds.
I use Neuro-Linguistic Programming, professional coaching techniques, prayer, Scripture, reflection, and practical action as tools to help clients become more aware of the patterns influencing their lives and intentionally move toward healthier and more purposeful responses.

I Became a Coach Because I Saw What Coaching Could Do in People's Lives.
I became a coach because I saw firsthand the impact coaching could have on people. There is something powerful about watching someone gain clarity, recognize possibilities they had not seen before, make a decision, and begin moving forward.
My interest in Neuro-Linguistic Programming grew as I heard other coaches describe the significant and lasting changes they were seeing in people's lives. I wanted to understand more.
As I studied NLP and began applying what I was learning, it was not simply something I saw happening in other people. I began growing and making changes in my own life as well.
Today, I am especially passionate about helping people who are making a difference in other people's lives—pastors, ministry leaders, community leaders, helping professionals, and others—while also working with individuals who know there is an area of their life they are ready to change.
My role is not to tell you how to live your life. It is to walk alongside you, ask meaningful questions, use the tools I have been trained to use appropriately, help you recognize possibilities, and challenge you to take action toward the life and calling you believe God has placed before you.

Questions About Christian NLP Coaching
If this approach is new to you, these are some of the most common questions people have before getting started.
What is Christian NLP coaching?
Christian NLP coaching combines professional coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques, practical reflection, Scripture, and prayer within a Christian framework. The goal is to help you better understand patterns influencing your life, develop new choices, and move intentionally toward meaningful change.
Is NLP a Christian practice?
NLP itself is not a Christian theology or spiritual practice. I use NLP as a coaching methodology and evaluate its use through a biblical worldview. Scripture remains the foundation through which I understand growth, purpose, transformation, and change.
Is this counseling or therapy?
No. Paul Hackett Coaching provides coaching and personal development services, not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or medical care. When a need falls outside the appropriate scope of coaching, referral to a qualified professional may be recommended.
How long are the coaching sessions?
Breakthrough coaching sessions are generally 90 minutes. Sessions are commonly scheduled weekly, although the pace may be adjusted based on your goals, availability, and the work being completed.
Can we meet more than once per week?
Yes. Depending on your goals, schedule, and progress, sessions may be scheduled more frequently when appropriate. The process is personalized rather than built around a rigid one-size-fits-all timeline.
Do you meet online or in person?
Both. Coaching is available virtually by Zoom and in person in North Central Massachusetts.
You Don't Have to Stay Stuck in the Same Patterns.
If you know there is an area of your life you are ready to change, coaching can help you gain clarity, recognize the patterns influencing you, and intentionally move toward a different future.
